Introduction to Yoga Sessions starting Monday, February 4 and then March 3. 4-week session Taught by William Hunt 7:45 pm - 9:00 pm Time to start the yogic journey? Join us for an Introduction to Yoga series. This four-week series will provide an exposure to the postures or asanas that comprise Hatha yoga. Emphasis on strength and flexibility will lay a solid foundation to ensure a positive first experience with the practice of yoga. $56 for the 4-week series. Please fill out the form and mail it with a check or return it to class on your first night. Please note that the Monday series and Thursday series are not interchangeable.
