Hunt has
had twenty-five years of extensive training in various styles of
yoga, an William skillfully adapts yoga to all age levels with various health conditions and needs. In his classes, he teaches yoga for strength and flexibility, for relief from tension and pain caused by misalignment, poor posture and restricted breathing and for relief from confining emotional states such as depression or anxiety. Meditational skills and breathing practices are often utilized in his classes to help his students uncover the quiet place of strength, wisdom and happiness that lies within each of us. |
